The Foreign Advice Center S.L. was formed at
the beginning of the decade in order to help
agents and individual buyers get through the
maze of buying and selling properties in Spain.
By helping with mortgage advice, insurances,
removals and building as well as legal advisors,
we have helped hundreds of foreign nationals
get through the buying process without tears.

Meanwhile in the
background we have been advising independent estate
agents to improve standards, both in service as
well as marketing. Building and optimisimg webpages,
bulk buying advertising in specialist press, organizing
local exhibitions.

Helping with
setting up the paperwork, advising on staffing
levels, sourcing specialist suppliers and insurers
generally doing what a franchise company would
do for an agent but without the entrance fee. |
By working
in hand with agents throughout the country we
have succeeded in improving profitability by
centralizing costs in one spot and then sharing
them, not having to reinvent the wheel every
time can save a lot of frustration as well as
money. We charge only for the individual service
whether it be a difficult mortgage, designing
a newsletter format or just pushing traffic to
