FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR:
The founder and director of this company is Mr. N. Anandha Padbanaban. He is a rice and paddy businessman for past three decades.
ORIGIN OF THE COMPANY:
A decade ago we bought a land spread of 100 acres near Arani silk city, Tamil Nadu very cheaply. When we came across the different real estate creations throughout India we felt that the price of plots were considerably high. Then we got the idea of developing our own property into residential plots for sale very cheaply so that all kinds of people in the society can afford. This is how we started our business.
HOW WAS IT MADE POSSIBLE?
“To be a star you must shine your own light, follow your own path and not be afraid of the darkness, for that is when star shine brightest.” This is our motto in the real estate business…
When we thought how this can be made possible we got many plans.
That is we decided to manufacture the materials needed for this business.
We trained our own labors in different skills like landscaping; manufacturing bricks etc.with the help of them we were able to achieve our goal.

- Our most specialized feature of every project includes the construction of temple for Lord Vishnu in different incarcinations.
- By this way we commenced our first project Narayanagiri Nagar- unit 1 near Arani.
- Now we are successful in this business with many more new projects.
